We then take this data to create key and strategic messaging for both IT teams and business executives to share so that people know what is happening, why the organisation is rolling this out and how it impacts them. The final element is a train the trainer workshop enabling an organisation to be skilled to rollout the technology to the rest of the business successfully and measure the impact.
