Microsoft 365 Change Readiness: 5-week Workshop

Our Microsoft 365 Change Readiness 5-Week Workshop assures that (Deliverfables):

• a common vision will be elaborated for the project, that is clear and comprehensible for all those affected by the change.​
• specific analyses are performed to identify risks
• possible activities related to the human side of the change, as well as the need for change management and user adoption will be definied

Weekly Agenda:

• Week 1: ASSESS - workshops and interviews with sponsors and project management, using targeted assessments to determine the organization‘s readiness for the upcoming change.
• Week 2: ASSESS - definition of clear goals and of a common vision that is clear and understandable for all those impacted by the change.
• Week 3: ASSESS - identification of change impact groups and the impact of change expected for them. Risk assessment of change.
• Week 4: ANALYZE - estimation of the need for change management, as well as providing recommendations for user adoption and further project-supporting activities.
• Week 5: ANALYZE - recommendations and plans for project setup and actions to take (good practices based)

This Workshop may be considered as a first step to take before starting teams and Microsoft 365 rollout.
