Better collaboration with a digital workplace. By migrating your on-premise solutions to the Microsoft Cloud, you can make it easier for your employees to collaborate. With Microsoft OneDrive and Microsoft SharePoint documents and information can be accessed from anywhere and from different devices. Your employees can easily work together on the same document and platform.
What exactly is to be migrated? Based on our experience from numerous migration projects, we have summarised the procedure in the following three steps:
Analysis: With the help of predefined reports and analysis software, we examine your source data. Benefit from our experience in the area of migration from custom On-Prem Solutions to Microsoft SharePoint Online.
Pilot: It is worthwhile to carry out a pilot project. Because ultimately only real tests provide answers to questions about migration performance. We recommend that you migrate one or two meaningful repositories and then pilot their use.
Migration: The migration step consists, on the one hand, of the technical and, on the other hand, the introduction of the new way of working. The latter should not be neglected in order to make the replacement a success. Therefore, ideally, migration packages are planned together with introduction and training measures. Whether with or without migration we are happy to support you with introduction and training of the individual Microsoft 365 and Microsoft Azure tools.
