Context

Due to the global pandemic, more and more organizations have made the move to remote working. Companies had to quickly adapt to new ways of working and equip their employees with the right digital workplace tools. Microsoft Teams facilitates remote working, allowing your team to work together and stay connected as they were in the same office. And as remote working has become the new normal, recently its usage has significantly increased. However, this move has not been straightforward for everyone. Thus, today companies are facing many challenges to make this change successful and ensure adoption. Fujitsu aims to mitigate these issues and secure adoption by making the access to knowledge easier and by extending more services within the same platform: Microsoft Teams.
