Week 1: Pre-project meeting & consultation - discuss project scope & expectations Week 2: Project Discovery - EC's team of Microsoft certified professionals will execute on premises to cloud readiness Week 3: Detailed project scope meeting - EC will meet to review findings from the discovery and map out next steps including any impact to users if any Week 4 & 5: Test phase - EC will perform test batch migration to ensure readiness Week 6 & 7: Project deployment phase - EC will execute project implementation, support users, and provide change management Week 8: Post project meeting - follow up meeting to review completion of project scope and project successfulness.
