Discovery & Implementation

There's more to a Copilot implementation than buying a license and getting started. It is important that your organization is mature enough to get started with this. What do you want to achieve? Is your environment safe enough? These are issues that we will discover together in the discovery phase. When everything is ready, a small group will start using the Copilot tool, and then expand to the organization at a later stage.
Our project-based approach is designed to guide your organization every step of the way to get the most out of Microsoft Copilot, tailored to your needs and pace. Through optimal cooperation, we achieve the intended result.

Here’s an overview of our structured approach:

01 Inspiration session

We start with an inspiring session in which we explore the possibilities of Copilot and discover how Copilot can increase productivity and efficiency within an organization. We'll introduce you to Copilot and show you how it integrates seamlessly with the Microsoft 365 suite. The various functionalities will be discussed in which you can discover how Copilot can support you in daily tasks and projects. Finally, a demo will be given to show how it works.

02 Workshop

This includes a hands-on workshop to familiarize you and your team with the basics and functionalities of Copilot. The Copilot features that are relevant to your organization will be identified and discussed. Your organization's expectations regarding Copilot will be discussed in more detail. We will try to define realistic objectives for its use within your organization. Finally, we will select a core group of employees that will participate in the pilot project.

03 Pilot track

We take the pilot group through a structured process, in which specific scenarios are implemented and evaluated.

04 Copilot Grow Track

After a positive evaluation of the pilot group, we can scale up the use of Copilot within your organization. This will be a process in which we will guide the users through inspiration sessions, practical examples and webinars to promote adoption.
