• Day 1: 4 hours workshop - Dynamics 365 For Sales and Marketing Overview (features and possible kpi), Discovery of your organization and solutions in use, Scoping of the mandate: Marketing key scenarios, KPIs and connectors
• Day 2: 8 hours workshop - Deployment of Dynamics Marketing, Import of a representative set of data Contact/Account, Creation of templates and preparation (Segments, E-mail, Formulaires, Customer Journey, Event), Preparation of KPIs
• Day 3: 8 hours workshop - Customer Journey Proof of concept, Event Management Proof of concept, Discovery of complementary components

At the end of this hands-on training you will have a solid understanding of how Dynamics Marketing will be used, you will be able to re-use some components and feel confident to further implement to meet your needs. The price is an estimate based on our experience of Dynamics Marketing elements implementation in a low complexity environment.
