You will complete a readiness assessment, review a scorecard and guidance, and prepare for the Art of the Possible phase. • Phase 2 - Art of the Possible: The objective of this phase is to showcase the intelligence added to employee experiences by Microsoft 365 Copilot. During these session our consultants will inspire you based on a combination of presentations and demos on you on how Copilot can assist you in unleash creativity, unlock productivity, and optimize your skills in Microsoft 365 Apps. Together we will also explore the personas and use cases that are relevant for your organization and preparing for the implementation roadmap in the next stage. • Phase 3: Embark with confidence: this phase had as an goal to develop a roadmap to implement recommendations based on your prioritized scenarios. Our consultants analyze with your internal stakeholders the organisational use cases, prioritize your scenarios and define the personas.
