Data#3 Windows 365 Launchpad: 3-Week Pilot Implementation

Our Windows 365 Launchpad helps you to accelerate your journey to a cloud-solution for end-user compute. As part of this engagement Data#3 will deliver a pilot deployment of Windows 365 including a planning workshop, a review of your existing Azure Active Directory and Intune environments to ensure readiness, remediation activities (where necessary) and provision of Windows 365 Cloud PCs for 5-10 pilot users.

The Windows 365 Launchpad offering leverages Microsoft funding as well as trial Windows 365 licenses. The funding and licenses are only available to eligible customers and the scope can be completed as a paid engagement for customers that are not eligible for funding.This solution provides you with the hands-on experience to evaluate Windows 365, combined with Azure Active Directory and Intune can benefit your organisation and provide a secure, cloud-based end user environment.

The scope of this engagement includes:

PRE-WORK

• Customer Questionnaire to be completed by the customer
• Pre-engagement call to confirm and coordinate stakeholders (Executive Sponsor, business stakeholders, IT stakeholders).

PLAN

• Access the production Microsoft 365 tenant and review
• Conduct Windows 365 Workshop
• Complete the Design Decisions and Remediations Checklist

ENABLE

• Execute remediation activities (if any) to be able to deploy Windows 365 in the customer environment
• Configure Windows 365 pilot environment
• Configure basic Intune device configuration policy
• Advertise existing relevant Intune packaged applications
• Execute a pilot deployment of Windows 365 Cloud PC for a selected group of up to 10 users>
