Organisations are often frustrated when there isn’t the right buy-in to use reports, and they also don’t always get the full return on their Power BI investment. Imagine reading a document that was intended to be read by the author, and not the audience. The same often happens for reports were business users have difficulties with IT-developed reports where the audience needs are not met as part of the requirements. Our offer helps customers to understand the current issues and provide tangible recommendations. We take a holistic approach to ensure reports are usable, navigable, and there is a reduction of cross-over of reporting needs (e.g. duplication of similar reports) We also assess the consistency of the interface and visualisations, and look at how governance practices can assist.

We conduct a high-level current state assessment to capture contextual aspects of your reporting needs. Using either a group workshop of one-on-one interviews we will look to understand end-user needs and challenges. We look to validate our findings with you and assess relative priorities before documenting these into a report. The report includes tangible actions you will be able to undertake to improve the user experience and adoption of Power BI in your organisation.
