What is the outcome? We support you in your first steps with CoE. Together we will:
Day 1 - Discover and explore the capabilities of the CoE. Day 2 & 3 - Assess your current situation and find out to do application lifecycle management or which component of the platform to use when. We will recommend an individual governance framework. Day 4 & 5 - Plan and implement the CoE and get it ready for your daily use. During the whole time, we will support you with technical questions and encourage high adoption within your organization. After these steps you know how to use the Power Platform and benefit from it in a structured and compliant manner.
