Overview

The Microsoft Teams Accelerate and Adoption Program has been uniquely created by CPS as a custom offering for organisations who are mid journey looking to embrace Microsoft Teams – spanning Collaboration, Calling, Meetings and Meeting Rooms. This is done through advice, guidance, planning and launching services of Microsoft Teams based on a proven Adoption and Change Management (ACM) methodology.

This POC is aimed at both technical and business users alike to help increase usage and adoption of Microsoft Teams.

This POC is made up of technical workshops to explain the Teams technology, sessions to appoint internal champions for each component of Teams the customer is looking at and on-going support to ensure effective adoption.

Estimated price is based on previous engagements and the time and materials needed to complete the Proof of Concept.
