This is the agenda for the 3-day workshop: *Day 1: Session of The Digital Workplace + prioritization of key users (= top-down) *Day 2: Customization of Employee Survey + follow-up and processing results (= bottom-up) *Day 3: Creation of roadmap of the Microsoft 365 solutions to be rolled out, including phase-by-phase approach, based on the prioritization of key users and the employee survey results.
