Modern Work Audit – 1 Week Consulting Engagement

Our certified Microsoft 365 consultants will conduct a comprehensive one-week audit of your Modern Work environment. This engagement delivers clear insights into the continuity, security, and cost efficiency of your Microsoft 365 tenant and collaboration setup.

The audit includes:

• Continuity assessment: review of Teams, Exchange Online, and SharePoint/OneDrive availability, data retention, and backup/recovery strategies.
• Security review: evaluation of identity & access (MFA, Conditional Access), data protection (DLP, eDiscovery), device management, and compliance with Microsoft security benchmarks.
• License optimization: analysis of license usage, inactive accounts, and potential savings through right-sizing and bundling.
• At the end of the week, you will receive a detailed report and prioritized roadmap with actionable improvements, followed by a presentation to your management team.
