End to End Implementation for D365 Finance and Supply Chain Management
Our comprehensive implementation services encompass functional, technical, and gap analysis for Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance and Supply Chain Management. Our primary objective is to optimize system functionality and physical processes using CDSI’s proven methodology. This approach is designed to minimize user resistance by allowing end users to simulate the solution’s design and provide valuable feedback before finalization.
Our methodology is structured into five key phases:
Analyze Phase – In this initial phase, our consultants gain a deep understanding of the client’s processes, requirements, and pain points, delivering a Business Process Analysis Results Document that outlines options for the next phase.
Validate Phase – The client’s Core Team and Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) test and validate the proposed solutions, ensuring their efficiency and suitability. During this stage, any necessary customizations are identified and finalized.
Build Phase – Customizations confirmed in the Validate Phase are developed and tested by our developers and functional consultants.
Deploy Phase – This phase focuses on deploying the Production Environment. User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and End User Training are also conducted during this stage.
Operate Phase – This is the Go-Live phase, where our consultants work closely with the client to ensure a smooth transition. In addition to offering support throughout the cut-over month, we assist the client with month-end processes to establish necessary routines.
