Helping customers to do transition from outbound marketing to real-time marketing
Currently there is no further development in the "Outbound Marketing" area in Customer Insights - Journeys (Dynamics 365 Marketing). Consequently, it is now crucial to consider a seamless transition to the Real-time Marketing area. In this workshop, you will learn how to adapt and maximize your marketing efforts by using Dynamics 365 Customer Insights - Journeys. We will also introduce best practices for what to migrate to the Real-Time side (R-T) and what to retain in the Outbound side (O-B).
