Power Platform Ideation: 5-Day Assessment

The Power Platform team will run a week long engagement to facilitate the Ideation process for our customers. Barhead will help customers generate ideas and potential solutions to their business problems and to assess these for future implementation.

This engagement is delivered over a five (5) day duration and includes the following activities:

• Introduction or recap on the Power Platform (day 1)
• Ideation workshops to gather and prioritise potential Ideas, providing insights into the “art of what’s possible” – two (2) half-day workshops (days 1 & 2)
• Power Platform high-level assessment of Ideas for feasibility, complexity and t-shirt sizing (days 3 & 4)
• Review workshop to review Ideas Inventory with your key stakeholders (day 5)

Business Outcomes:

• Inventory of Business Ideas
• Assessment of Ideas for feasibility, complexity and sizing (t-shirt)
• Recommended next steps and actions for App Assessment and Implementation services

The Power Platform team can provide an optional productivity ‘Ideas Management’ Power App (canvas and model-driven) to support the Ideation process that allows users to register their ideas and feedback for your organisation and managers to track these through assessment.

Barhead is flexible when it comes to delivering services. Customer-specific requests and add-on services will be attended and are on ad-hoc basis.
