Nowadays, hybrid meetings with the use of video-conferencing devices are becoming a standard way for collaboration and meetings. However, choosing and implementing the right solution and hardware can be difficult for an IT or other internal teams. We help customers in moving from a standards based video conferencing to Microsoft Teams Rooms and to develop a devices strategy including persona and spaces assessment. We then organise a demo Microsoft Teams Room and implement demo licenses directly in customers' environment, so that users can test and discover the full potential of Microsoft video conferencing environment. We will provide customers with knowledge and practical skills of how to manage/administrate the Microsoft Teams Rooms and advise on choosing the most appropriate Microsoft Teams certified video-conferencing devices. As a result of our Microsoft Teams Room demo, clients gain knowledge and confidence that they are choosing the right solutions for their hybrid meetings. In the next stage, we implement Microsoft Teams Rooms within the organisation and support Microsoft Teams adoption. We offer a full project management including design of the most appropriate AV system for your Microsoft Teams Rooms, implementation, users tests with remote and onsite support, user training as well as SLA maintenance programme. As a final result, clients are able to improve communication in their organisation and increase efficiency of their resources.
