To help in your usage of Microsoft 365 apps, in particular the adoption of Microsoft 365's accessibility features, Atos offers different levels of Accessibility Maturity Assessments which align to the three levels of Microsoft Horizon Methodology.

Our experts will partner with you to coordinate, deliver, and assess accessibility initiatives by running discovery workshops, mapping stakeholders, and supporting in house teams. We offer Maturity Assessment and support both for organizations that have established programmes and are looking to take things to the next level and for organizations just starting out in the world of Accessibility.

The Atos Accessibility Maturity Assessment Approach is based on core accessibility principles and recognized Accessibility industry best practice. It is highly interactive and driven by certified Atos Accessibility Specialist. The methodology can be applied to any industry using any technology.
Furthermore, it: • Allows for variations in the requirements of different divisions and operating geographies within a company
• Allows for informal comparisons with other companies (where appropriate)

The Digital Accessibility Maturity Assessment aims to measure and improve the organization's performance in key areas, such as the following:

1. Leadership and Strategic Commitment.
2. Presence and Visibility of Disability in the organization.
3. Accessibility Data Collection and Consultation Systems.
4. Accessibility in ICT Systems and Processes.
5. Human Resources and Work Environment.
6. Education and Training.
7. Accessibility Standards.
8. Application Development.
9. ICT purchases.
10. Continuous improvement.

In this implementation, the Atos team and your team will work together to measure your organization’s level of accessibility maturity, identify priority areas for improvement. After which an action plan will be created to address the areas of improvement in the short and medium term, and a strategic plan to develop a continuous improvement framework. Where applicable, the Maturity Assessment action plan shall include approaches to help you adopt the accessibility features of Microsoft 365. For example, but not limited to, training in digital accessibility to improve usage of Microsoft 365 Office and guidance in inclusive design for Microsoft Power Platform (Power BI, Power Apps).
