6Smart Steps: 10-day Adoption and Change Workshop

ASEE 6Smart Steps is a Microsoft 365 Adoption Practice developed on top of the PROSCI methodology (The Global Leader in Change Management Solutions). This enables our team to support companies enhancing productivity and collaboration from improved business processes mapped around Microsoft 365 applications. Having as a starting point a discovery session with the purpose of better identification of the customer needs, ASEE 6Smart Steps methodology enables companies to redesign its processes in a completely digital approach and build collaboration skills across the organization through custom workshops and training tailored for each business department. This integrated practice covers the entire collaboration process from internal departments to cross-organizational projects and comes as an advisory, training and internal readiness packaging of services. Our practice has been proven to drive the consumption of Microsoft Teams, SharePoint Online and OneDrive for Business with proven results.

Daily agenda: Day 1: Kick off meeting to establish the scope of the adoption workshop; Day 2: Introduction to Adoption and Change Management common objectives in order to identify the key stakeholders; Day 3: Interviews with the key stakeholders in order to define the approach for each target group; Day 4-10: Deliver the tailor-made workshops to the targeted groups.
