1. PREPARE:in this first phase we assemble the change management teams (board, champions, etc.), define the key business scenarios and create success plans for training, support, communication, etc.
2. IMPLEMENT:we launch the platform, execute the success plans and continuously assess progress to adjust where needed.
3. NURTURE:after the implementation we keep monitoring the platform to detect potential for improvement; we also support the introduction of new workstreams and the nurturing of the organization's Microsoft 365 community.
