Our Copilot Kickstart program for Microsoft 365 Copilot provides a structured phased approach to help organizations implement Microsoft 365 Copilot safely, efficiently, and effectively. This 12-week program guides you through understanding, experimenting, and learning how to use Microsoft 365 Copilot securely and effectively.

Program phases

1. Establishing a strong foundation for a safe and controlled pilot program. • IT validation: We assess your digital workplace to ensure it is ready for Microsoft 365 Copilot. • Data access and oversharing: We define data access policies to guarantee security and compliance. • Current AI usage: Research unauthorized usage of generative AI within your organisation.

2. Setting up the pilot environment for an optimized user experience. • Identifying the target group: We host an inspirational session to introduce employees to the capabilities and benefits of Copilot. • Defining usage guidelines: Together, we establish clear do’s and don’ts for using Microsoft 365 Copilot within your organization. • Assigning licenses: Ensuring the right employees gain access to Microsoft 365 Copilot. • Community approach: We build a support network to foster knowledge-sharing and collaboration.

3. Initial training to start learning and experimenting with Microsoft 365 Copilot. • User training: Employees receive hands-on training in different Microsoft 365 apps such as Teams, SharePoint, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Excel, enabling them to learn and experiment independently.
