智慧商店行動支付諮詢(Smart Shop: 2WK Implementation )

OverView: 2 Week Implementation of SmartShop for PowerApps,Power Automate and Microsoft 365. Objective:Implement a SmartShop allowing small and medium shop to use e-payment, member system and customized survey.

Target customers: Small/medium shop without using e-payment and member system, and needing customer feedback for product developing.

-What we do for you: 1.Our electronic payment will not conflict with the original POS system, so there is no need to change the original system 2.In addition, we use PowerApps combined with PowerAutomate to assist customers in creating customer questionnaires. 3.The part of the membership system will assist the customer to import the original membership information, if not, it will directly create an empty membership system for use.

-Implementation: Step 1: Kick-Off Meeting First of all, we must first understand the detailed status of the store, including the POS system, membership system, and related usage scenarios. And confirm which e-payment (IPass/Ezpay) the store wants to use. Step 2: E-Payment Application Next, we will apply for the administrative process according to the electronic payment method selected by the customer and provide corresponding information (e.g. Store information, bank account...) Step 3: Proposal Our team develops a comprehensive proposal for the project with the specifics of all services that are required, optional, and any recommendations for process improvements on the new system. The proposal contains the total project cost and a timeline for when you can be live with the integration and time with education and training. Step 4: Implement "This application is available in Chinese."
